Wilmington, MA (April 2001) Standard Electric one of the country's largest electrical distributors, announced the promotion of Ted Dlugolecki to Vice President of the Projects Division.

Dlugolecki graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BSME degree and began his career in the electrical industry in 1981. He joined Standard Electric in May 1994 as Project Sales Manager and has been instrumental in the growth of the Projects Division.

Standard Electric, based in Wilmington was founded in 1952. With revenues over 130 million, the company has over 300 employees and eight locations in New England.
