The Big Deal 3, Standard Electric's third trade show held at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, Massachusetts, was busier than ever. It attracted well over 700 attendees from all over New England. Businesses concerned with the installation, specifying or purchase of electrical, industrial and telecommunications products were in attendance. All of Standard's major vendors contributed to set up an encompassing trade show and seminar series covering all areas of Standard's expertise. Forty manufacturers representing electrical, industrial automation, lighting, energy conservation, telecommunications, and supply were on-hand to show the latest technology and products available in the market.

Attendees came for the seminars, new products, casino games, refreshments, WZLX 100.7 Classic Rock and of course the great prizes. The bottom line is that everyone learned a great deal while having a wonderful time. Most, if not all, of the attendees queried said that the show was better than ever and a perfect way to become better acquainted Standard's personnel and suppliers.
